Why I Am Passionate About Small Business

I enjoy seeing the business owner’s passion and their growth over time. Some of my customers were startups that are now flourishing. Some of my customers were existing when I met them and I have seen them overcome obstacles and grow. It is an amazing feeling to be able to help every way I can to help others achieve their goals. Every business is unique, so it keeps it all interesting.

My Experience

I have been in banking for nine years. Fresh out of college with an MBA with Finance Concentration, I knew I wanted to work at a bank. I started out as a Credit Analyst for Small Business Banking. Although I enjoyed the role as a valuable steppingstone, I quickly learned that I wanted to work directly with the customer. I have been a business banker for almost eight years and have enjoyed every minute of it.
