Report Phishing
- If you believe you have received a suspicious email or text that pretends to be from us, please forward the email or text as an attachment to reportphish@fnbo.com.
- If you have clicked on a link or believe you may have unintentionally compromised your account information, contact us immediately using the phone number on the back of your credit or debit card.
- You can also report scams and suspicious calls, emails, and text messages to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission as well as confirmed cases of identity theft.
Report Fraud
To report fraud on your account please email us at reportfraud@fnni.com. To expedite your request, call the Fraud and Disputes Contact Center at 888-530-3626 (Option 3 then Option 2) or call the number on the back of your card at your earliest convenience, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Otherwise, we will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Please note, when we call you we will not ask for any personal identifying information such as Social Security Number, Date of Birth, etc. If you receive a call claiming to be from FNBO asking for this information, please hang up and call the number on the back of your card.
