One important way we advance this work is through BIG — our Belonging & Inclusion Group. Open to all employees, BIG runs internal awareness campaigns, hosts events intended to foster greater belonging and serves as a platform where all employees can speak as one about how they’d like to see belonging realized. In short, BIG is the way that any employee can play a role in delivering our intended employee experience to our customers and communities, as well as to their colleagues.
