Jake Vacanti

Jake is a Senior Advisor of Transportation Banking at FNBO. His days are spent partnering with related businesses across Nebraska, devising lending and depository products attuned to the needs of each customer. He enjoys working collaboratively with businesses, learning their daily operations and goals, and then assisting with solutions to help ensure financial success.

Credentials

Jake has spent much of his career in banking, taking his first steps as a vault teller and check processing specialist at FNBO. Since then, he has held positions in ACH and Corporate Treasury Services (CTS) support, CTS Advisory and now Commercial Lending and Relationship Management. Jake earned an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Metropolitan Community College, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University.

Passions

Jake loves to explore new places and countries, so he dedicates much of his free time to traveling. However, some of that time is diverted toward summers at Harlan Lake where he enjoys moments with friends and family. When it comes time to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors, he heads to the golf course. In cooler months, Jake spends time hunting, working on home renovation projects and enjoying Husker sports. You can find him watching anything from volleyball to basketball, baseball and football. Jake is also a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.

“Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people.”
