As Director of Commercial Banking, Susan is an advocate for her commercial real estate clients. She enjoys assisting builders and developers on projects from the beginning planning stages through completion and stabilization. Susan also manages the bank’s regional construction draw process, including homebuilder inspections and approvals.

Credentials

Susan started with FNBO in 2009 as a Commercial Credit Analyst, before moving into commercial lending in 2014. Susan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and is affiliated with the Kansas City Home Builder’s Association as well as KC CREW.

Passions

Susan happily spends a lot of time watching her children play sports, but that doesn’t keep her from actively engaging in home do-it-yourself projects. Susan also proclaims herself a loyal KU basketball fan and enjoys catching a game as often as she can.
