Chance Schilling

Chance is a Director, Community Banking at FNBO. He grew up on a farm and ranch in Northwest Kansas running a diversified crop operation and raising purebred Limousin and commercial herds. It was a natural step to follow his upbringing into banking as it provides him with the opportunity to help Nebraska’s farmers and ranchers feed the world.

Credentials

Chance began his work at FNBO in 2014 as an analyst and now leads Western Nebraska markets as an Agricultural Banker. Prior to earning a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Oklahoma State University, he acquired an associate degree in Animal Science from Colby Community College. He is a board member of the Lincoln County Agriculture Society and a 4-H beef superintendent.

Passions

Chase remains active in agriculture through his work with 4-H. He enjoys educating youth about the cattle industry and traveling to shows as a beef superintendent.

His more personal activities include a passion for fitness, an interest he merges with community activism by helping Habitat for Humanity build houses for those in need.
