The following is a transcript from the video.
As a famous female singer once said, "Hello from the inside", maybe that's not quite right but close.
Amelis here with another Dollar Belles episode. Call it the social distance edition. I wanted to take a minute to talk about mobile banking. Since we're all doing our best to stay safe, mobile banking has become very important but it's not just the obvious no in person contact that makes it smart.
Nope, the first thing it does is save time. If you're a big fan of making those trips to the bank for withdrawals deposits or just to steal some candy. You're costing yourself a lot of time and probably tooth decay. This is especially true when it comes to deposits.
Mobile banking apps like FNBO's here can use your phone's camera to take photos of the front and back of any physical check you receive and deposit said check into your account.
Make sure you take a clear photo and the lighting is good and it's that simple. Your bank's normal processing period will apply of course so be aware of that.
Deposit whenever, wherever. Nice!
Another benefit, you could catch account fraud a lot quicker if you're linked up to your mobile banking app. You can log in as much as you need or turn on notifications to get transaction alerts. That way you know if something strange is happening.
Maybe you see a withdrawal for 500 bucks on rubber chickens. Look I'm not gonna judge but maybe that's not you right. If you check your account activity regularly you might catch that transaction before those little rubber cluckers are even shipped.
And finally, mobile banking is paperless. Less waste simple as that.
Okay, that's it for me. I've done almost every home-improvement project here, so now I might start learning to I don't know juggle.
Keep your fingers crossed everybody. Be safe!
