FNBO employees have a wide range of specialized knowledge and professional abilities that can help address specific needs and challenges within an organization. These types of volunteers contribute skills they have developed through their careers and/or training. FNBO employees have experience working in many fields including, but not limited to: Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Law, Facilities Management, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Project Management and more.
General Volunteerism
FNBO employees become a key component to strengthening our communities when they volunteer their time or donate to a cause. That’s why give each employee a minimum of eight hours of paid volunteer per time per year as well offer select employee directed giving and donation matching programs.
