Maria Line

Maria serves FNBO and our customers by managing the bank’s commercial card organization. As the Head of Customer Engagement, Portfolio Management & Commercial Card, her team finds ways to optimize commercial card programs to help organizations streamline their payments processes. Maria is also responsible for building FNBO’s supplier enablement organization, an initiative designed to provide further value to commercial clients. Her goal is to create a best-in-class experience for each and every customer, so she is pleased to work with a team of FNBO professionals who are also committed to these goals.

Credentials

Prior to her current role, Maria was Head of Account Management at FNBO. Her well-rounded resume includes other roles such as, Head of Supplier Recruitment, Strategy and Partnerships at leading financial organizations. Her breadth and depth of experience expands across many facets of the commercial card environment. She has led customer outreach initiatives, helping businesses to maximize their credit card spend, and has demonstrated an equal focus on creating value for vendors through negotiated terms.

In other roles, she worked directly with clients to integrate commercial card programs into AP processes in order to maximize business efficiency and create potential revenue streams through rebate programs. Early in her career, she gained experience in human resources, preparing her to work with businesses of all sizes.

Maria studied at the University of Arizona and is a member of NAPCP, AFP and IOFM.

Passions

Maria’s time away from work is dedicated to friends and family. Whether it’s watching a movie, catching a live concert or hiking through Sedona, spending time with those she loves is her favorite hobby. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places through the lens of her camera.
