Tim is a Lead Director at First National Bank Wealth Management. He is responsible for leading the Wealth Management team in Kansas and directing strategy to foster growth in the Kansas City market. He is also responsible for crafting and implementing investment strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals. Tim serves on the Asset Allocation team and has been a regular contributor to the investment team’s monthly investment commentary and annual investment Outlook publications.
Tim joined First National Bank in 2007 and has been in banking since 1991 and trust and investments since 1994. He earned his Bachelor’s in Marketing from University of Central Missouri and his Master’s from the Helzberg School of Management at Rockhurst University.
Tim enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife, Kim and his two children. He is a bit of a foodie and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends while enjoying a good meal. He is also a regular runner and tennis player.
He’s often found reading about economics and is a naturally curious person who never wants to stop learning (especially about the economy and markets). He enjoys applying any of his new information to help his clients achieve their goals.
Tim serves as Trustee at Village Presbyterian Church located in Prairie Village, Kansas and VP of Lancer LAX program, the board that oversees Shawnee Mission East's championship lacrosse team.
