Milli Closure FAQs

  • For Accounts with a Balance: If your account has a remaining balance at the time of closure, we will issue a check for your balance, including any accrued interest. This check will be mailed to the address we have on file.
  • For Accounts with a Zero Balance: If your account has a zero balance, no further action is required. Your account will automatically close as scheduled, and no additional steps will be taken.

In January 2025, you can find your 2024 1099-INT tax form in the Milli app by navigating to your profile in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, tapping “Statement & Docs,” and selecting “1099 Forms”. You will also receive your 2024 1099-INT tax form from Milli in the mail.
