    • What is Twig?

      Twig is the FNBO branch you can carry in your pocket! It is a mobile app that can be used to securely message a banker. Feel free to ask any questions you have about your finances. Twig is a fantastic companion app to our Mobile Banking app. If you need to check your balance or deposit a check – our Mobile Banking app is great for that. We suggest using your Twig banker to help you better understand your finances and meet all your money goals.

    • How do I find Twig?

      You can find Twig in Google Play (for Android devices) or the App Store (for Apple devices). Once you are in the correct store for your device, search for Twig by FNBO. You should see the Twig tile in the search results. Remember, Twig is a mobile app and only available on mobile devices like cell phones and tablets.

    • How do I log into Twig?

      Logging into Twig is easy - just use your Online Banking username and password. The first time you log into Twig, you will need to verify it's you with a code that will be sent to you by email or text (you would have set this up already with your online banking account). If you want to use Twig to chat with a banker, but don't have Online Banking you can sign up here.

    • Why can’t I choose my Banker?

      We hope that one day all bankers will be using Twig, but for now we are using a small group to determine how we can best utilize this tool to service you, our customer.

      We know your relationship with your banker is comfortable and built on trust. We hope one day all of our bankers will be using Twig, but for now we began with a smaller group of bankers. Take a look through their profiles, and find a banker that can help you meet your goals.

    • What do I use Twig for?

      Ask your Twig banker anything! We suggest using your Twig banker to help you better understand your finances and meet all your money goals. There are some requests that we are not able to fulfill on the app at this time, but we are listening to what you, the customer, want to determine long-term functionality.

      Twig is a great companion app to our Mobile Banking app. If you need to check your balance or deposit a check – our Mobile Banking app is perfect for that.

    • Can I get to Twig from my online banking?

      Twig is a mobile app, so you’ll be able to find it on any mobile device where you download apps from Google Play or the App Store. Currently, only FNBO online banking users can utilize Twig, so use your online banking username and password to log in!

    • How do I use Twig?

      We like to keep it easy. Search for “Twig by FNBO” at Google Play or the App Store, and download that app to your device. Once Twig has downloaded, open the app, and login – you’ll use your same login info for FNBO Online Banking. The first few screens will show tell you a little about Twig and provide you with our Terms and Conditions. Then you’ll be ready to choose your Twig Banker. Our Twig Bankers are from all over, and you don’t have to use someone who is located near you. Find a banker you feel comfortable with and send them a quick message to introduce yourself. They’ll be so happy to hear from you.

    • How does it know how to log on?

      Your privacy is our top concern. We’ve set up Twig to be able to connect with your online banking login safely and securely.
