Charlie Pepin

As Managing Director of Community Banking, Charlie believes in building the local community. He takes pride in working for a bank that invests in area businesses and does his part to support local growth by developing strong personal relationships with his clients. Charlie is always on hand to answer questions and devise solutions to help organizations meet their financial and business goals.

Credentials

Charlie’s early experience in finance began in wealth management where he helped business owners with their personal financial planning needs along with helping organizations and their teams of employees prepare for the future. In 2003, he took his experience to the commercial sector of a large national bank in Michigan where he worked with various industries including transportation companies, manufacturers, healthcare organizations, and non-profits. Prior to joining First National Bank of Omaha in 2019, Charlie was a Commercial Banking Manager for a Northern Colorado institution.

Charlie holds a Master's in Business Administration from Lake Superior State University.

Passions

Whether he is attending a basketball or football game, shooting “a bad score on a local golf course”, or watching his children play from the sidelines, Charlie enjoys being involved in sporting activities in some capacity. He is committed to his family and loves to travel the country and spend time outdoors enjoying activities such as skiing, boating, hiking or hunting with his brothers. When not being busy with his active children, Charlie also enjoys finding quality time to sneak away with his wife for a good date night.

Charlie is a member of the Knights of Columbus and has previously donated his time and talents to his local Rotary and Sertoma Clubs and actively involved in Leadership Weld County; Colorado Banker’s Association; and enjoys volunteering time for great organizations like Habitat for Humanity whenever possible.
